By commissioning a piece, you agree to the following terms and conditions, created to ensure a smooth, clear, and respectful experience for both of us.These guidelines cover important details such as the commission process, payments, delivery, and usage rights. 1 Payment
International Payments in USD through PayPal.
Guatemala Payments through Banco BI or Banrural (with a photo of the deposit).
4 Delivery
4.1 Digital Drawings
An email address will be requested to send the completed commission.
4.2 Traditional Drawings
A meeting point will be agreed upon with the client to deliver the completed commission.
2 Payment
★ A deposit of 50% at the beginning and the remaining 50% upon completion of the commission.
★ Alternatively, full payment can be made at the beginning.
5 General Terms
★ The commissions will bear my signature, which cannot be removed.
★ I reserve the rights to the final artwork, meaning I can use it on platforms such as my portfolio or social media sites.
★ You do not have the right to make a profit from the commissions or alter them.
★ The client is not entitled to a refund once the commission work has begun.
3 Process
★ After receiving the initial payment, sketches of the idea will be sent to you for approval.
★ The client is entitled to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions will incur a charge of $3 USD each.
★ The time required for completion varies from less than a week to up to a month, depending on complexity and other factors such as university commitments or illness.
